Private yoga lessons might be for you if:

  • If you have never tried yoga and the idea of going to a class is intimidating

  • You want the convenience of doing yoga in your home at a time that is best for you

  • You would like a class dedicated to your specific needs or injuries

  • You want coaching on your form and alignment

  • You have a small group of friends who would like to practice together 

What you can expect:

  • I bring yoga to your location. You will need a yoga mat. I can bring some props/tools as appropriate

  • Each session lasts approximately 1 hour, including warm up, asanas (postures), cool down, and savasana (meditative resting)

  • We will review any injuries, desired outcomes, and questions you may have

I am a 200 hour RYT trained yoga instructor. I completed my training with Rishikul Yogshala in Kerala, India in February 2017. Hatha and ashtanga yoga were the primary focus of training, but we also learned chair and laughing yoga!
